Indexing digitized Books Anyone?

Anyone interested in helping index digitized books such as those is Archives.org? A friend pointed out to me a free tool, Word Cruncher, created out at BDU.edu that we could use.  Personally, I am thinking of Eastman and Harris but there are many more.

An index is so much more useful than just a search tool.

Maybe these can start the discussion:

Word Cruncher may be overkill for what we want to do.
