possible to add to a list of "related names"?

I am entering a lot of people from the Langner/Langgner family. As we all know, the spellings of names often changed with the person who was recording them. In the case of the family I'm working on, their name is usually spelled Langner, but sometimes shows up as Langgner in the parish books so I enter that as LNAB if it's spelled that way in a birth record.

When I search on Wikitree for "Langner" i get the "Langner" name and several close spellings of it, but "Langgner" is not in that list despite having more matches than some of the other names Wikitree thinks are related. Is it possible to add this to the list of related names?

Also, several times I have entered the alternate spelling of the name in the "other last names" box, but that does not help it to appear in the search results. Is that by design, or can I make this show up somehow?

The list of related names came from WeRelate's Variant Names Project, but it hasn't been updated in quite a while.

I've been gathering suggestions for names to add to the list (and I'll add yours), but I don't have an estimate for when they will be added.
