Where did this transaction take place?
Orange County NC.  James Taylor and John Tinnin owned land on the Eno River.  Isaac Lowe had built a grist mill on the property.  Richard Faucette bought it in 1768 and later sold it to his son David who  built the "Chatwood" house near the Mill around 1792.

This book has quite a few wills for Faucetts:  http://www.acregenealogy.org/PDF/Estates/Orange_Co_NC_Abstracts_of_Wills.pdf

There is an index at the end.

Thank You Kathie!
