Two wives for Thomas Franklin(b1598); Mary or Jane?

Question

There is an article about President Benjamin Franklin which states that Benjamin's Grandparents were Thomas and Mary Franklin, but this record in Wikitree states Thomas' wife was Jane White.  Is there any proof of which is the correct wife? Thanks so much.

Benjamin Franklin was President of 'Pennsylvania', not the 'United States', so stating he was 'President' is not what people would think of.  The wikipedia article on Ben Franklin  states his father was Josiah and also states that Josiah was the son of Thomas Franklin and Jane White.
