G2G: Does the "relationship finder" use DNA or trees within WikiTree to determine links?

The relationship finder as you find at a profile page or in the menu, uses the tree itself. Meaning it uses connections between profiles.

It does not use DNA.  Keep in mind that there is only ONE tree in Wikitree.  Everyone is working on the same project.
