Birth/Burial record with no sex listed.

I have a birth/burial record with no sex listed. Should I still create an anonyme profile leaving the gender blank?

Yes, you can not select a gender.  The generic profile image will be half pink-half blue, unless you choose to replace it as I did here :

I agree with Melanie that you can leave gender blank when the baby's sex isn't known.  Note that you will get a "suggestion" or "error" for this.  Just mark it false.
