Any information regarding Clifford E Thorne and Mary Anne Chisholm (nee Tipple)

Question

Mary Anne Chisholm is my mother. My father and mother separated in 1952. I have a record showing Mary Anne Chisholm married Clifford E Thorne in 1963 at the REGISTER Office in Birmingham, Midlands, UK. I can not find any further information whatsoever. Assistance will be very much appreciated. Thank You
