EditBot changed Assisted Immigrant category, what should I do?

Several profiles I've worked on, were part of [https://nzhistory.govt.nz/keyword/assisted-immigration Assisted Immigration to New Zealand], a government program of the 19th century. I marked them as Category:Assisted_Immigrants.

However today I see that EditBot has changed the category to Assisted_Immigrants_to_Australia. Which is incorrect for the people.

What should I do now? Just remove the people from the category, or request a separate New Zealand one?

Also I had added people to subcategories about Assisted Immigration to/from AdminAreas, where those categories existed.

While Editbot made the change, it was initiated by a human. I did create the Assisted Immigrants to New Zealand category. The New Zealand Project may want to fill in the appropriate sub-categories for that country.

OK, I guess I'll recategorize those people to "Assisted Immigrants to New Zealand" and maybe in future revisit if finer categories are made. Thanks

Matt, I initiated the rename of that category, "Assisted Immigrants' had Australian parent categories and sub-categories, and was set up originally as part of the Australia Project, I just added the "to Australia" to the name for extra clarity. I do apologise for the confusion. I'm glad to see Doug has created a new category for you to add your NZ profiles to. smiley

Margaret, I like the way you have quickly fixed this point of confusion.
