Since the parishes in Louisiana are broken down by wards, should we add subcategories for each ward?

As an example, Caddo Parish, Louisiana locations are further defined by Wards 1 through 9 in the census records and is primarily used in the rural areas of the parish.

For what purpose would you use this breakdown?
This information would be used to further identify the census location as identified in the census record. Just identifying the parish, for example Caddo Parish, is similar to just breaking it down to the county in another state. It doesn't provide the city or town in that parish.
