DateGuess obsolete?

In a profile where the divorce date was estimated, I used the {{DateGuess|Divorce}} template. Another user helpfully(?) deleted it, saying it was obsolete, but could provide no alternative. If there's no alternative, then it seems to me it's not really obsolete. Is there an alternative to {{DateGuess|Divorce}}? If not, what's wrong with using it? Just saying it's obsolete is not much of an argument.

Never mind. After posting, I experimented and learned that {{Estimated Date|Divorce}} works just fine.

There is no parameter for Divorce. You can put in {{Estimated Date|Mickey Mouse's Birthday}} and you will be able to save the edit, but when you check the categories at the bottom of the profile, there is a red link, meaning you have just created a category for Mickey Mouse's Birthday by using the parameter.

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Template:Estimated_Date Here is the list of approved parameters. Divorce is not in the list.
