Difference in parents names given on marriage record [closed]

Otillia Espaugh married Henry Herrle on Oct. 9, 1883 in Canada.  Her profile lists parents with the last name of Esbaugh but on her marriage record they are listed as Steckenseiter.  She is an Esbaugh on the 1871 and 1881 Canadian censuses.  Can someone more familiar with Canadian records determine if this a second marriage for her?  And would these be her first marriage in-laws?

http://"Ontario Marriages, 1869-1927," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FMJH-MR9 : 11 March 2018), Henry Herrle and Ottilie Steckenseiter, 09 Oct 1883; citing registration , Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, Archives of Ontario, Toronto; FHL microfilm 1,869,764.

Familysearch has editted it with corrections.

I can only suggest (personally) 2 possibilities...

1) The bride was previously married and is either windowed or divorced, but is getting under that Surname.

2) Her mother was married again, sometime after the bride was born, and the marriage certificate reflects the current Surname of the mother & step parent.

There's other variables to consider, but I just listed the 2 common ones I've personally encountered.

When it comes to information, that's a bit dated, you should consider situations that's the norm back then and is typically not the norm today.

I hope I had explained this okay via text... :-)

Good Luck!

This is the one that gives her as Steckenseiter parents.
Enlarge it and you can read them.
I editted to include the reference from the record I used on Henry's profile.

I am afraid we have a bad transcription by familysearch.org. The transcription is at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FMJH-MR9, the actual image is at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-Y39G-16N?i=20. This is the same image as in ancestry.com, with the transcription that Betty provided. As I look at the image itself, I find that the ancestry.com transcription is correct - the parents of Ottilie Isbach, who married Henry Herrle (middle column, marriage 012153), are clearly given as Adam and Theresia Isbach. In fact, I don't find "Steckenseiter" anywhere on this page.

I am going to close this question.  The original index I found no longer appears so there is, in my opinion, not any reason to waste more time on it.  Thanks to all for the input.

Familysearch editted it to correct the parents names.
