Can a WikiTree app be written to alert me when I'm near my ancestor's site?

I was dreaming of going on a heritage tour of ancestral lands and having my smart phone alert me when I was near birth, marriage or death places for ancestors.

I think the mobile apps are good idea there are a lot of people who wish to have some kind of access and I would indicate with everyone else but there should be some kind of Auto right writing program when people enter information to correct
