Do we have a forster child sticker yet? If not, how do we navigate connecting a foster child to forster parents?

When a child is not the biological child of the parent or parents it is check marked NPE. This is done in Edit on the profile and the place to check mark is on the right hand of the page, immediately under the Edit Family, Father and then Mother

If the foster child has known parents, they should be connected to the biological parents.  Links to the foster parents can be added to the biography.
