Downloading DNA Results from Ancestry

I have recently received my DNA results from Ancestry and attempted to upload to GEDmatch. Unfortunately I am unable to find any technical data on the Ancestry results and GEDmatch's Download/Upload DNA Help refers to a box on the Ancestry screen entitled 'Download raw DNA data'. I have searched high and low and can't find this. Have things changed and if so, how do I proceed? Help!
