MY   Perkins family is from Perkins, in Jenkins County Ga. as of early 1800s.

Lamar Perkins, Head age 60, wife Mammie 47, Henry Perkins 23 stepson, Winifred Perkins 19 stepdaughter, Drusilla Perkins, 16 stepdaughter, Brantley Weeks 25 boarder. All in this household were born in Georgia.

I am blessed to have a leather bound genealogy “History of Perkins Family of Perkins Georgia” by Donald E Perkins 1979.
