New member introducing myself

Hello,

I just found you though a Facebook post on the lower Dutch group. I was curious what I'd find here. My decent is Gerardus jr, Jared, William, George, and my grandfather was Francis Dean Ryker.

I had a great start on the Ryker line with the genealogy book from several years ago. One of my brick walls is my grandmother Hazel Reta (Lord) Ryker. She died when my dad was 17, so I never knew her.

Another wall is the native American descent my other grandmother insisted upon in her line (Petersen) so hard to prove. (No DNA evidence for me)
