Why are some profiles highlighted in the Orphaned Family list when they already have managers? [closed]

An example from my list is William Jones-30355. Has both yellow highlighting and a manager. Also, Hudson-1473 and Montague-26 and -308...

This is not a duplicate question. The first is about the Family List and the second is about Orphaned Family list. Same issue but different lists. One says adopt and the other has highlighting to indicate no profile manager. Profiles on both often already have managers
