How do I edit a project account profile?

Question

I'm trying to make some minor edits to the PGM project account profile page. I'm on the trusted list.

But it won't let me save because there is no death date AND there is an email address.

Clearly there must be some way for me to edit this page.

I think Paul's answer nails it.  I log in as project profiles when I want to make changes to them.

Have you tried logging-in using the account which is associated with the email address on the profile and then making the changes (I assume this would mean logging-in using the project account not your own account)?

No because I assumed being on the Trusted List was sufficient. (Why isn't it?)

I would guess that the project account profile is treated like the profile for any other active WikiTree user. These profiles have special rules regarding the managers of the profile (see https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Profile_Manager#Profile_managers_for_active_user_profiles), so I suppose this is just one of those "special rules".

Thanks, but I'm still not grokking this. If I'm a co profile manager on a profile, I should be able to edit the profile without having to log into the profile account.
