Assistance with Carter-6726 profile and relationships

Question

I am having difficulty knowing how to unsnarl an erroneous record! My Peter Carter-6726 was married twice: 1) Amelia Veale Tillot, widow of George, and mother of John.

 2) Hannah Whaley, sister of my ancestor, James Whaley, Jr. who married Lettice Carter,  one of Peter and Amelia's children.

The profile for Peter Carter-6726 shows John Tillot III as his half-brother whereas he should be his step-son. I don't know how to fix this! HELP!

All of these relationships were enumerated in Amelia's father's will in 1750.

It’s always a good idea to contact the PM’s before making a change like this.  Posting a comment and link to the will on the profiles would be a starting point.  

Then you just need to edit the relationships. In edit mode you’ll see the various family members to the right.  In tiny letters there are links to make changes.   Detach John Tillot as a son of Peter’s mother and then attach him to the correct mother.  Be sure to include the referenced document that shows that this is correct in the bio.
