To determine if Catherine Worthington-906 and Christina Worthington-2045 are one and the same person.

There is some doubt in my mind that Christina Worthington-2045 and Catherine Worthington-906 are one and the same person. Both women are said to have been born in County Cork, Ireland and there might be baptismal records for them in Dublin (where my Edward was baptised) proving that Thomas Worthington and Naomy Clarke did have a daughter, Catherine Christina, or that they had two daughters. I have yet to find any documents to prove that these girls are daughters of this couple.

I looked again at Thomas Worthington's will and he doesn't name a Christine as a daughter, only Catherine. So, how does one correct an error like that?

The Connection Finder has them one Degree apart as sisters.

What exactly is The Connection Finder and on what do they base their connections?  I'm not familiar with it as a source.

There seems to be a very well research and sourced tree at family search Hope this helps.

I wouldn't trust what I see on Family Search. I have had my own tree posted there for several years and people are constantly changing it in error. It's not dependable.
True, I don't trust them either, but it does allow me to see and maybe use their sources and see the logic they were using rather than search the 1,000's of sources that come up in a standard search. It's just a starting point with a different point of view.

the connection finder is not a source, It just shows how people are connected on wikitree at that moment.
Richard, Thomas Worthington's will only lists one daughter, Catherine. There is no Christine! So, just because The Connection Finder said they are sisters doesn't mean it is so. My problem is how to disconnect Christine. It's a mess.
