You don't.

Wikitree does not accept any raw DNA data.

Wikitree only needs the test details - type of test you took, the company and the kit number if there is one.

You can upload your raw DNA data to GEDmatch if you wish to find matches from other companies.

Hi Valerie, you don't upload DNA to Wikitree.  Per a similar post:  All you need to do here is register that you have taken a test. You do this by going to the Add menu and selecting DNA Test Information. Then just follow the instructions for the test you want to register. After about 24 hours, the theoretical DNA trail will propagate along the branches of the tree.
