Help with Error 896 please

I adopted Bateman-3272 and have obviously upset something in the biography. Unfortunately, I cannot see it. I will be grateful if someone can fix it.

The Suggestion for 896 for that profile shows the 'flag' parameter in the info box, which means that is the parameter causing the problem.

When I selected the 'Worldwide Mining Disasters' template to check the template page, it showed that it is being changed to 'Mining Disasters'.

Template for Mining Disasters show that the only parameters are text and date, not the flag parameter, so I removed that parameter, as well as changed the template name.  

If you look at the Suggestions page for that profile, it shows that there is at least one other Suggestion with the same problem that also needs to be fixed.
