How do I remove a person from my tree?

I made a mistake such that the mother of Isabel Walcott Ladd appears to be the same person as the father of Isabel Walcott Ladd.  How do I fix this?  There must be a way to delete the entire entry for a parent and start again.

You will not be able to delete a profile, but you can merge them
 Page down to the bottom on either profile. Under Matches and Merges you will see Initiate a Merge. Click that, enter the profile numbers for each.

When you are in edit mode for https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Walcott-455  you find Edit Family in the right column.

Under the name of Mother you see a link to Replace/Remove mother. When you click the link you get an edit screen with some options.

I think what you want to do is copy Barr-4693 into the GO field for option A. I'm guessing that https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Barr-4693 is the proper mother?
