connections not replying

I have given up now with no replys I don't think it is worth it one was just a few days ago when theyput in a Syme connection to Thomas Syme sometime in 1700's brother to my \william 1750  but ince I am getting no replies I am giving up

When a fellow WikiTreer hasn't responded after a reasonable time period to your collaboration requests, you should review and follow the Unresponsive Profile Managers procedures.

The UPM form doesn't apply to personal communication between cousins, if the one cousin does not wish to communicate with the other cousin (especially if they have not yet acknowledged that theirs is a cousin relationship).

At this stage we are waiting on a merge approval, but it has not been that long since I proposed it -and that, itself, has nothing really to do with Elizabeth's frustration.

familysearch.org shows a daughter, Katherine Syme born 30 Jan 1732 at Dunning, Perthshire, Scotland. Parents are David Syme and Katherine Chapman.

A sons, David Syme born 21 Apr 1734 and Andrew Syme born 10 Feb 1745. Son William's christening is 7 Jun 1749. Son John christened on the same day as William.

Other children include Jean, James, Helen, and Thomas 20 Jun 1736 christening.

Have you checked your spam folder? I have had a number of people write to me, and I reply, but then they write again as if I haven't. I'm guessing that their email provider filtered out my replies for some reason. It's extremely frustrating.
