How do I indicate he is not my bio-logical grandfather? Do I need to remove him? I am searching for my bio-grandfather.

There are choices when you go to the edit mode under his/her name. There you can choose 'non-biological'. That is for the link between a child and a parent, so you should be on the edit page for your parent (I assume that is Harold here).

Once you have found your biological connection, you can choose to link your parent to the biological parent, thus removing the direct link with the non-biological one. I don't know the exact family connections here, but the help section on adoptees/multiple parents might be of help here.
