To-Do list added to profile opens in Edit mode, how do i make it open in view mode. [closed]

The list for Scott-39411 profile has two items in To-Do list.  Both open in edit mode e.g., title=Space:Scott%2CGB-ProjPlan_for_Wiki&action=edit.  How do I make the link not have the "&action=edit"?  They also appear in red, but this may be because of the action=edit.

The red is caused because a profile had not been created for the To-Do item.
