To find out who your grandfather is you need to complete the registration process to become a full fledged WT profile manager, if you have not yet done so.
Then, you will need to create your parents' profiles, mother and father both. Then you will need to create your grandparents' all four of them if you know
You can search for your mother and father in the records at www.familysearch.org, it is a free search engine
For instance, as an example, if I wanted to know about Richard Adams, born in Oklahoma tween 1910 and 1914, I would enter that info and hit search
By gum, there's at least one Richard Adams in household of Frank T Pickrell, "United States Census, 1920" — FamilySearch.org and he's in El Paso, Tx -- he and his bro Fred are the stepsons of Frank Pickrell and apparently the sons of Arlene, wife of Frank ... she's actually apparently so Leila Arlene (Kirven) Adams Pickrell
Anyway, you probably see what I am getting at about using familysearch
So I think you can collect info on each of your parents and on their parents
