Browsing death records for Stockholm Kungsholmen from 1811 and on I found an American Sailor, George Butler, 22, died from "nerve fever" 8 January 1813. There was a hospital on Kungsholmen.

Kungsholms kyrkoarkiv, Död- och begravningsböcker, SE/SSA/0011/F I/3 (1811-1826), bildid: C0055001_00016, sida 12 https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0055001_00016

I also found a Russian deserter who died from consumption and a Mamsell Nanni Broomhead, but I don't think there's anyone looking for them.

Browsing from the start of from the end? wink

From the start, since the wife of the person I was looking for was a widow in 1819. It's worse when you're looking for somebody in a household record.
So many interesting surnames! On the page after, there is an American sailor Egra Weeks 27 years old, who died of pneumonia.

Haven't found brothers or sisters of Robert W. Butler b.1799 Maryland yet.  Still looking for Parentage.

Good luck in your searches!

And remember George when you find Robert's family. It's the right age range - but I guess there were many Butler families.
