How do I know a profile manager is active on WikiTree and able to respond to my request to be on the trusted list?

Over a week ago, I sent a message to someone with whom I share a family tree branch asking to be added to his trusted list. I have beautiful photographs of some of the people whose profiles he manages. How long should I wait for a response before I become concerned that I will not hear from him?  Is there a way to check whether profile managers are active and able to respond on WikiTree?

Go to their profile and you will see something like
Honor Code Signatory
Signed 30 Dec 2012 | 67966 contributions | 4009 thank-yous

click on the number of contributions and you can see how long ago they were last working on WikiTree.

Thank you Ros.  I just clicked on the number of contributions he's made and found that he hasn't been active in almost 5 years. I would like to work on that part of my family tree. If I do not hear from him, is there a way for me to be made the profile manager of any ancestors on that part of my tree for whom I would like to post information and photos?  He seems to be the manager for my paternal grandmother, great-grandmother, and on down the line.  Thank you!
You will need to go the Unresponsive Profile Manager route.  Here is a Help page all about it:

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Unresponsive_Profile_Managers

To find a link to the form you need to submit, don't go to his profile, go to one of the ones you want to manage.  On the Family Tree & Tools tab, scroll right to the bottom, and you will find the link.
