Michael and Susan, you guys are misinformed. The Arabic language is written from right to left. So when displayed, it appears that the ID is on the left side of the surname. This is correct. but under the hood (and mostly invisible to all of us) its still stored in the database on the right side (although technically that's probably not the correct way to describe it)
I too was surprised to see that WikiTree had created the profiles with the ID number appearing the left instead of the right, but it makes sense for the language: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/23-ادیب سمیعی
Even more interesting when copying the unicode URL, the ID number is magically moved to the right side again when its url encoded:
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/%D8%A7%D8%AF%DB%8C%D8%A8_%D8%B3%D9%85%DB%8C%D8%B9%DB%8C-23
In his question, Ali has written the surname ادیب سمیعی in English for us to read, samii_adib, but that's not how its stored in the database. So, strictly speaking, the profile "23-ادیب سمیعی" exists, but neither "23-samii_adib" or "samii_adib-23" exist.
I'm not able to offer any suggestions to Ali's actual question. I suspect that will have to be a tech/admin question.
But the profile does have one image attached to it already.
