I should think the problem is still how to add 23-سمیعی_ادیب to an image, because that's the error message you get when you fail adding something to an image.

There is a problem for us ordinary WikiTreers with helping out - since that profile is private we cannot see what happens. Somebody with admin authority needs to look at it.

I took the liberty to add one of the open profiles with left-to-right characters to an image of mine. I just checked that it worked and then removed the image again. It did work.

I used copy-paste and was careful not to get any extra characters in what I copied.

There seems to be two issues. The first issue is the family name used to search is ادیب سمیعی and the profile is listed as 23-سمیعی_ادیب . The order is different for the two purposes.

The second issue is how to search for a profile.

1. Click on My WikiTree and you will have a search option at the top of the page.

2. Put the family name ادیب سمیعی in the family name field.

3. There are a list of profiles.

4. You will see that the profile for هادی خان ادیب سمیعی is listed as 23-سمیعی_ادیب and you only need to click on the profile to access it.
