I'm impressed to see that Wikitree can handle non-Western alphabets but Wikitree is a volunteer organisation without round-the-clock support. The person who'll be able to resolve your problem is probably asleep right now. Posting repeated messages every ten minutes isn't going to get a response any sooner. Just tag your question wikitech as you've been asked and wait for his response.

I hope there will be another Profile Manager who can do this sort of technical thing about loading an image. I have never loaded an image.  

 As for this 23-ادیب_سمیعی the computer will not read it ... because the number 23 is to come after the script, to follow it, in the western / European manner, to the right side of the name and it is to be attached to the script by the hyphen mark, 
Smaii-23 for instance 

If it still will not accept it you might want to consider using the western / European style alphabet for the names used in your profiles ...

Hello Ali.

I was able to add his WikiTree ID to an image by copying his ID from the last part of his page profile's URL (  ادیب_سمیعی-23  ) and pasting it in the image page.

Try if it works for you this way.
