bryce 950 I do have details i believe to be true and from family info but cannot find either birth certificate or parentage of 1853 or 1812 children. there were two Peter death certificated for younger children for 1812 family but a Peter aged 50 as brother in law in Peebles census seems to tie in ....I have tried Scotlands people fpr both but dead ends esp for 1853 Peter .He appears in same census as father aged 9 in a different household as boarder in Peebles. Father 1812 supposedly a mail gig driver...A Jane paterson named as mother on death certificate but no record of marriage .in fact married a year after birth of supposed son ?
