Looking for help in finding my granddad, Samuel Harold Samuel, Sergeant RAOC, Bombay,India, married Bombay 1921

Question

I have his marriage certificate, which gives rank, regiment and age. And I have traced some details of 2 possible matches but can't establish a link. Would be grateful for any help.

If those do turn out to be your relatives, then there is probably a connection somewhere to the famous Samuel jewellers. The namesake of the  H. Samuel jewellery stores, for example , was born Harriet Wolf.

Violet Millicent Samuel (Stephens) remarried in 1931 in India and was described as a widow so Samuel probably died in India around 1930 although I can't find a record of it.
