can not remove pdf [closed]

My Cousin has somehow uploaded a pdf that I can not remove. It was intended as a photo and I have converted it and put a jpeg on the profile but i when i try to remove the pdf it says it is privacy protected even though i am the owner of the profile. Any ideas ?
