Christian Pedersen b. 1834 in Norway married Dorthea Olsdatter b. 1836 also in Norway.  They had a children including Otillie Sophie Chritiansdatter / Pedersen.  Otillie married Johannes Heidenstrom.

I'm looking for record of the marriage between Christian and Dorthea.

I am also trying to find the parents of Christian Pedersen, and the parents of Dorthea Olsdatter.

PLEASE do not post a link to digitalarkivet.arkivverket as an answer.  I already have this link and have used it to the best of my abillity.

I have been experiencing difficutly with my Norwegian ancestory.  Any help is very much appreciated.  Thank you!

I will check those names.... thank you for the potential lead Chris!
Although I am not a member of www.myheritage.com there is a lot of Norway members on that site. I am new to wiki tree so I am not sure I am allowed to mention other sites. Dorthea Pedersen (born Olsdatter) MyHeritage Family Trees 1595 in Pedersen Web Site, managed by Erik Pedersen Birth: Day Month 1836 - Place Death: Day Month 1907 - Place Husband: Name of husband Children: Nielsine Andrea Andreasen (født Pedersen) and names of 3 more children
Chris...mention away!  Or send me the info you see in a private message if you'd rather.  Thank you!
Mina Katinka Andrews (born Heidenstom) Frank Edward Jr Bockman, Lena Petronelle Eliasdatter Jorstad, Petterson names you have been looking for are all on the site mentioned. The people of Norway have a lot of ancestors lines, living in Norway. I got a trial membership once to find my Norway relatives.
That's them Chris.  Amazing.  Sounds like I'll have to get a membership to see it.
Robert if you do that would you find the parents maybe even the grandparents of Helle Rasmusdatter 1796-d-July 1 1869. I remember one of the members had the parents of Helle. You could use the search on the site. thank you Robert.
If I do, I will look that up for sure and relay to you.

I see that you have found the familysearch-version of the marriage - but in the church book there is more information. It is rather difficult to read:

http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=6216&idx_id=6216&uid=ny&idx_side=-200

Source: Østfold fylke, Fredrikstad, Ministerialbok nr. 6 (1857-1878), Ekteviede 1862, side 264.

The marriage is number 21 and gives the name of the groom and bride, their place of birth, the age at marriage, name of father of groom (Peder Olsen), name of father of bride (Ole unreadable), and name of best men.
