Mr. as a first name edit to Unknown or leave it alone.

Question

I have two profiles with the first name only (Mr.) should I leave them alone or change to Unknown?

According to the Name Field under Styles and Standards:

If the first or last name is unknown, use Unknown in the field. Do not use Not Sure, NN, Wife of X, Adopted, etc.

That would seem to indicate a change to Unknown should be made.
