Hello all, I’m Jamie Lenz French. I found this site when I went searching for a particular genealogy book that I was having trouble properly accessing on Ancestry. This is the kind of site I’ve been missing since Ancestry bought up Rootsweb.
I’m a first-generation Kansan, but my father’s people are from western Pennsylvania, and before that, Ireland and Germany for the most part. My mother’s family is from Alabama and southern West Virginia, and before that, England.
The surnames I research most are Lenz, Ivie, Stabley, Ballard, McMullen, McConnell, Mills, and Wiseman.
