Help understanding a 1766 Seigniorial Register

I am researching the Vaclav Simek family that lived in Visnova.  He was married to Mariana Chevkova.  I know his daughter, Barbora was born in 1762 and Katerina in 1765.  This link is to the 1766 Seigniorial Register for Visnova.  The first entry shows Jakub Simek with wife Katerina, both 56 years old.  Can I assume Vaclav is their son?  If I understand, after his name is written "zenaty" meaning a married man.  Then his wife and two children.  All seems to line up that Vaclav's parents are Jakub and Katerina.

I think it's a fair assumption. It could be corroborated by going back to older registers to before his marriage when he should then be listed as a child.
