Paid visit to archives in DeKalb Tennessee

I had plans to go to DeKalb Tennessee in November for two weeks to start my in-person work in the archives there, as I swear I'm related to 50% of the population there in 1860 as I build out the very interconnected lines. of Warford, Matlocks, Crooks, Corleys, Roberts, Drivers and a mess of others. And there is this weird link to Cullum/Cullom that may be coming in at two directions..

However Covid has thrown a bit of a wrench in this plan as I'm in Canada, so the reality of getting there before the end of 2021 is likely naught, so I thought maybe since I won't be buying a ticket, renting a car or hotel I can use those funds so  I can pay someone to visit the libraries for me to pull certain information that is not online on certain last names that are all connected.

I don't need anyone to "piece it together" but just pull a ton of obituaries, check the folio's,  funeral books etc. for certain last names and pull everyone that matches a last name for anything pre 1900.
