Brompton Cemetery duplicates?

Good morning all! 

In doing some WikiTree work I’ve noticed three separate entries come up from Brompton Cemetery in London. Not being from there I didn’t want to go about merging them in case there was a reason - so I thought I’d ask.

Isabelle Martin was attempting to sort out the mess in London cemeteries but put it on hold. We were trying to figure out why the London cemeteries are like this.
