How should unreliable sources be treated in project protected profiles? I tend to put them under 'See also" (whether PPP or not) but this profile has a couple of citations to Burke's Peerage. Moving the source there would be easy but what of the inline references? My inclination is to move the source and either find a replacement citation or add a {{citation needed}} template. Thoughts?

My preference would be to leave the citations to Burke's Peerage as is, until additional sources that back up the data are found. If something more reliable is found, then replace Burke with those, and move Burke to "See also."

It's not as though Burke's Peerage as a whole is unreliable, like, say "Ancestry Trees" or an unsourced genealogy that need to be completely removed.
