Why can't I add my GEDcompare results?

I am new at this, so pardon if this is silly.  I uploaded a 624 person GED file from Ancestry.  I have reviewed every record and either matched or rejected all suggestions.  The GEDCOMpare page shows 624/624 records completed.  I don't understand what's next?  How do I add the results to the tree?  The only button I see is "Refresh suggested Matches."  Am I missing something?
