Based on the biography, it looks like you have had multiple merges into that profile. It looks like 'HakhimiKhanom' had 3 merges into this profile, which is why you probably have extra children. You have removed some children. To change a Mother from one person to a different 'mother', you can go into the child's profile, Edit the profile, select the 'replace/remove mother' in the Mother section on the far right. On that next page, you can put the wikitree ID at the box, but instead of selecting the GO, I always scroll to the bottom to see what is checked at the bottom, by default, to make sure that information is correct. Default checkbox can always be unchecked before the appropriate Save button is selected at the bottom.
Do you know who the extra children should be attached to for parents? If so, are the PM of the extra children profiles? If not, and they are the ones listed as private, you need to contact those PMs to have them change the relationships.
