Ali, we have an excellent system with volunteers that can provide help outside of G2G. It is a one on one help system, called mentoring. Maybe this is something for you?

What is done for mother is the same as the Father.  It looks like you have done some merges that maybe should not have been done with this profile also.

You may need to recreate some profiles, if merges were done incorrectly, if you are missing some profiles.
