I am lost. I submitted my DNA test on here, but how do I figure out if there are any matches to me on here?

Hi James, and welcome to Wikitree!

Unfortunately, Wikitree is not a place to find DNA matches, because raw DNA does not get uploaded here. Instead, you need to go to the DNA service where you where originally tested (, FamilyTree DNA, MyHeritage, or 23andMe) or upload your raw DNA data to one of the other services or to find matches.

The DNA information here on Wikitree merely serves as a guide for potential matches that you might want to look for on those other services.

This video shows how one can find their autosomal DNA matches in WikiTree

Simply register at and follow their instructions to upload your AncestryDNA results there. Then add your GEDmatch ID to

and then you can do the same.
