How can I remove Comments that are no longer relevant?

For those comments on your own profile, you should have a delete button below each comment.

I don't know about other profiles that I manage because none of them have any comments.

On any profile where you left a comment, you can delete it.  You can also select the 'Archive' button to 'hide' it. I typically 'archive' any comments that are shown when I propose a merge'.
Please hide them and do not delete. Some of the comments are used by others as well. Archive will hide the comments out of sight.
