Not really - he's mainly listed as a parent of Della Lee (Hume) Berry.  I'm trying to find this parents or siblings.

At ancestry.com there is a tree for a Jeff Hume, born ca. 1873, died early 1895 in Travis Co., TX, at age 22. The only source is a letter written to Richard's mother-in-law Eliza Blackwell informing her of her son-in-law's death; this letter (apparently in family possession) is in the Gallery.

Thank you.  Yes, this is him and it's all the information I can find.  Was hoping someone would know his parents, siblings, etc.  I am trying to find my biological grandfather and have found that the sir name Hume (thru Y-DNA testing) is a connection.  I've also found through Ancestry that members with Hume/Case/Caldwell are matches.  Thank you for responding!
