Hi everyone, today is a happy hug day, whether you are high on cloud 9, or feeling lonely, in the pits of despair, grab a hug, give a hug, and remember whether we know each other or not, or meet each other or not, here at WikiTree you are never alone, and you are loved unconditionally  (we need a hug emoji)

I went hunting through my flash drives and found the single version .

Again, this was created for me by a friend (who was attempting to teach me how to create animated gif images (I think she mostly failed, as whatever I create with animation is decidedly amateurish)).  It is free to use anywhere on Wikitree.

I like that one, as well, I wouldn't know how to make a non-animated gif, let alone an animated one, I can be technically challenged most of the time   xxx

As I said -  amateurish.  (I left too much space at the end, and not enough at the beginning- and I'm not sure about the run-rate per frame.)

I think the "group hug" smilie has been around for ages.  They're usually yellow, blue, or orange, but a graphic designer friend of mine made me a whole batch of assorted smilies (back in the day before they became "emoji") in black and white, with an occasional sepia version.

Yeah I think so to Melanie, before they where animated I had collected all kinds, they are so cute.

I wasn't doubting you about your friend making yours dear Melanie, not in the least. Those graphic designers are awesome.

My friend was most certainly awesome.  She also did images in what I believe were called "chibi" style.  (Big eyes, cute faces.)

We lost touch years go.  :(
