I tried to upload my DNA data from Ancestry, however you are asking for a DNA portal ID. I could find what this was so I contacted Ancestry, and was informed there was no such thing. Therefore how do I upload my data? I can download my data from Ancestry, but I cant see any option on this site to upload my data, I could do this on Gedmatch but it seems you have no facility to do this.

So how do I upload my data to your site?

Hi Steve,

You don't upload your DNA data from Ancestry.  You simply state that you tested with Ancestry.com.  After you do this, then WikiTree will link all your ancestor profiles that are connected to your profile with a statement that you tested at Ancestry.

You can upload your DNA data from Ancestry to GEDmatch.com and GEDmatch.com will assign you a kit number.  That kit number is what you enter for GEDmatch ID.

yourDNAportal.com ID is an ID that is assigned to you if you upload your Ancestry DNA data to yourDNAportal.com.
